Auto drilling chamfering & tapping machine for hinges

This is the hinge of doors and windows. There are two products. One product has two holes to be drilled and chamfered, and two holes on the arc need to be drilled and tapped; Another product is that two holes need to be drilled and chamfered, and one hole on the arc needs to be drilled and tapped. The machine can be used for both products

The specific processing steps are as follows:

Put the aluminum hinges into the automatic pneumatic fixture, the fixture will clamp automatically, pneumatic automatic drilling unit  with 2-spindles drilling head will start drilling & chamfering, rotary table rotation, then pneumatic automatic drilling unit  with 3-spindles drilling head will start drilling, rotary table rotation, servo tapping machines  with 3-spindles tapping head will start tapping, rotary table rotation and the fixture will open automatically.

3. Guarantee Period
One year. During the guarantee period, the seller guarantee to solve all problems may occur due to machine’s quality or wrong design, and to provide all necessary spare parts for repair, Seller can send the technician to buyer’s factory on seller’s account if problem is serious and can’t be solved by Buyer.

4. Payment Terms
30% as deposit, 70% after the machine is ready before delivery.

5. Lead Time
Our delivery time generally it is 30-40 days if the machines are in stock, or it is 70-90 days if the machines are not in stock, it is according to quantity.
